Chapter 11 Bankruptcy – Official Unsecured Creditor Committee

The company has multiple operations in several states. The oil and gas company filed for bankruptcy relief in the United States Bankruptcy Court and is in the process of reorganization. The details of the debtor’s holdings are complex and involved and the case touches on matters involving real estate acquisition and holdings, equipment and revenue derived from natural resources.
